EPS REAL ESTATE have been operational in East London, Eastern Cape, since 2007. Thea Venter is the Principal and employs a staff of 20 made up of administrators and agents.
EPS REAL ESTATE focusses on the sale of residential, commercial and farm properties, as well as a highly professional and accredited Rental Management Service. In addition, EPS REAL ESTATE belongs to professional bodies such as The Institute of Estate Agents South Africa Association (IEASA), South African Estate Agents Association (EAA) and the Payprop Rental Management System (PRMS).
Because EPS REAL ESTATE is an owner managed, Boutique Agency, your property will benefit from both the specialist and personal efforts that are taken when assisting you through the sale process. We completely understand, that in most cases, the purchase of your home is your biggest asset and because we’ve done our homework, written the exams, received the results, gained the experience and employed verifiable Agents, we will not be costing you valuable time and money.
Most importantly, we don’t operate from huge corporate offices or have high franchise fees related to these overheads, so we are able to keep our commissions down much lower than most on exclusive mandates. We are proud to be called a Boutique Real Estate Agency, which means we offer a more dedicated and personal service. Each sale is considered unique in its requirements and there is nothing “cookie cutter” about our approach to the end game when we clink glasses to yet another successful property sale.
We pride ourselves in our morals, integrity and the transparency that we bring to the industry, as do all our Agents. We also ensure that we keep abreast of changes in our industry, so we can offer value to our clients. We hold compulsory weekly meetings with our Agents and Admin staff and regularly, have training sessions hosted by experts in the industry. The management and staff have become adept to conducting online meetings when this is necessary and the company has adapted to using online forms and signatures to limit the contact with others as per the current regulations. This admittedly, was by far the biggest hurdle that we needed to overcome and training in this respect is ongoing.
We are well connected and offer an extensive personal and professional advertising network including the largest, Property24, throughout East London as well as across all other areas in SA when relevant. We belong and subscribe to many closed Social Media advertising portals relevant to the Real Estate Industry and we run a dedicated social media page, managed inhouse by a well-experience staff member/Agent, who also designs our marketing adverts and videos. We are also members of the PPN and PLA Real Estate Networking groups, offering our clients a wider base from which to market their homes, whilst using a group of selected like-minded, tried and tested Agencies, who share our high ideals and working practices.
The Management, Staff and Agents are all regular, down-to-earth people with a desire to “people please” and go Beyond the Expected. We have an intimate knowledge of East London and surrounds and work harmoniously together as a well-rounded work-family team.
