Llewellyn Pelser Snr started as an Estate Agent on 15 January 1987 thirty-six years ago this year at National Real Estate (Pty) Ltd. After 5 years at National Real Estate, he resigned as manager of the residential letting department to join Mike Spencer Homenet (Now Platinum Global Bloemfontein). Here he gained experience in commercial letting & sales, residential letting and sales as well as sectional title management. Five years later he launched his own company with a close friend, Coert Herbst. With the new company Corwell Trust he amassed a rental portfolio of just over a thousand residential and commercial leases and the management of twenty-five sectional title schemes and the insurance of the total book. On the 01st of March 2008 Corwell Trust was bought by National Real Estate and Llewellyn was Principal Agent of the sales department.
