Vacant Land / Plot for Sale in Delmas

Coal-Bearing Land Opportunity | Prime Location Among Active Mines An exceptional opportunity to acquire strategically located land situated within a well-established coal mining region, surrounded by several active and operational coal mines. The property has a history of informal excavation, where coal deposits have been physically exposed and identified on site. While no formal geological surveys or certified resource reports have been conducted, visible coal seams and prior digging activity indicate strong potential for further exploration and development. This offering presents an attractive prospect for investors or mining companies seeking to secure land in a proven coal-producing area, with the opportunity to conduct their own geological assessments and unlock the full value of the resource. Key Highlights: • Located in a recognized coal mining zone • Surrounded by active and producing mines • Evidence of coal present from previous excavation • Untested resource — ideal for further exploration • Significant upside potential for the right investor This is a rare chance to position yourself within an established mining corridor at an early stage, allowing for independent verification and development planning.
