Natural vegetation typical of the Kalahari is well established and includes Brosdoring (Brittle Thorn), various Ganna bushes, Lemoendoring, Grey Camel Thorn, Shepherd Tree, Driedoring, Skaapbossie, and Perdebos. Boesman grasses are widespread across the farm and become more prominent towards the western side, supported by additional grass species throughout the property.
Infrastructure & Water
The farm is divided into 75 well-planned grazing camps, all with reliable water supply. Camps are organized into four-camp operating systems, each with its own water storage and handling facilities.
Water infrastructure includes 24 equipped boreholes fitted with windmills and solar pumps, all in excellent working condition. Water is stored in neat, brick-built dams and reticulated to drinking troughs across the farm.
Fencing is in very good condition, with perimeter fencing and approximately 90% of internal fencing being jackal-proof. A 6 km section along the northern boundary is electrified. Each camp system is equipped with sheep handling facilities. The average annual rainfall is approximately 250 mm.
Wildlife & Additional Land Use
Naturally occurring game on the farm includes Springbok, Kudu, and Red Hartebeest, adding further potential for game farming or eco-tourism.
