The property fronts onto a beautiful farm dam of 75,000m³. All macadamias are under micro irrigation. The entire irrigation system can be operated remotely. The irrigation system is linked to a fertigation tank with an injection pump, which can also be operated remotely via an App.
There are two homesteads as well as the macadamia processing unit and staff accommodation. The first dwelling has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with a teen pad and carport. The second dwelling has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a double garage. The houses are fenced with an electric fence.
