Member of the Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). Professional Principal Estate Agent (PPEA). I have been involved in sales and marketing in varying fields for over 30 years and I have been a registered estate agent since 1993. My initial property sales experience came from selling timeshare for Joint Ventures International (JVI) where I worked for 4 years from 1987 to 1990. I then moved on in 1990 to explore other opportunities. I became actively involved as a real estate agent, in the sales and marketing of golf course real estate on Princes Grant Golf Estate in KZN, from 1993 through to 2003. In 2003, I joined two partners and moved into property development and sales, within the Durban Point Waterfront, where I have remained ever since. Point Waterfront Realty, which is the oldest and most established estate agency in the Point Waterfront, was established in 2004. I was one of the companies founder members and I have been directly involved in the managing and running of this company, since its inception. I am currently the sole Director and shareholder of PW Realty (Pty) Ltd and it is my intention to guide the company into the Point Waterfronts exciting new era, of high-rise beachfront development!!
