I come from a banking background of over 35 years. I am the Rental and Finance Manager and manage the residential rental portfolio and the rental team. Besides Managing the team, I am responsible for the collection of rentals, making payments, letter of demands, reimbursing deposits after being instructed by the landlords to do so, sending levy statements, solving queries and negotiating the lease renewals.
