Upstairs, bedroom 2 has two single beds with mountain views, and bedroom three has a 3/4 bed plus a pull-out single bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has spectacular mountain views with a little balcony, make yourself comfortable on a king bed, this room has a full en suite for added privacy. For added security, the home is fitted with an alarm, fully walled and there's secure parking for one vehicle in a garage and additional parking behind a gate in the driveway. **RENTAL INFORMATION** - A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit. - An exit cleaning fee will apply. - Water and electricity are included in the rental (Terms & Conditions apply). **BOOKING CONDITIONS** - Contact the agent to confirm availability. - Rentals are for short stays only; inquiries for long-term rentals will not be responded to. - Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions). - Rentals during December/January are not available. - All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance. - No pets are allowed.
