Located in a secluded part of the Garden Route, Victoria Bay is one of the smallest and most isolated bays in the Western Cape. It is found between George and Wilderness in a cove that is enclosed by cliffs. There are a number of quaint houses and cottages to buy clustered around the waterfront area. The beach is gently sloping and safe for swimming and sunbathing.

Victoria Baai’s main claim to fame is its excellent surfing conditions. The waves are known to give some of the longest rides and the area has been home to a number of surfing competitions as a result. The waves can get quite big and Victoria Bay is known as having some of the most hectic waves found all along the coast.
