Found in the Cape Peninsula, the Blaauwberg region stretches from Milnerton in the south to Mamre in the north and is home to an expanse of pristine beaches on the northern side of the Atlantic Coast. The area has grown exponentially in recent years, with property developments springing up all along the coast. There are numerous houses and homes for sale, as well as apartments and flats available. The popularity of the Blouberg area with tourists means that there is also a large holiday property market.

The most upmarket suburb in the area is Bloubergstrand, which is situated on the historic site where the Battle of Blaauwberg took place in 1806. Once a small fishing village, Bloubergstrand has now grown into a vibrant residential area with an abundance of luxury homes and apartments for sale.
