Northern Suburbs
The Northern Suburbs of the Western Cape is known to have a large Afrikaans speaking population. In fact, Capetonians refer to the imaginary line that separates the Northern Suburbs from Cape Town as the "boerewors curtain". The houses and homes for sale in the Northern Suburbs, particularly the Durbanville area are known to be much bigger than those available in the city.
The proximity of the Northern Suburbs to the Cape Town International Airport, the Grand West Casino and the various wine routes in the area have made the Northern Suburbs a popular residential area. There has been an enormous property growth in recent years, with an abundance of houses and homes, townhouses and cluster homes, apartments and flats for sale in all areas of the Northern Suburbs.

Panorama, situated just below the Tygerberg Hill, is popular for those looking for an easy lifestyle and proximity to the well known Panorama Hospital. The schools, higher education college and retirement villages are sought after and positioned close to shopping centres and other amenities. The plots are larger and the homes spacious and well cared for.

Most of the Northern suburbs are centrally located in regards to all amenities including the N1 freeway, several schools, trendy shopping centres ,Voortrekker Road, hospitals,etc.
