Milnerton located in the Northern Suburbs, Milnerton is one of the fastest growing areas in the Western Cape. Founded in 1897 and named after the High Commissioner, Lord Alfred Milner, Milnerton began to grow steadily as a residential area after the establishment of a railway in the early 20th century. The area is renowned for its luxury houses and homes, apartments and flats for sale, as well as the impressive lagoon and links golf course.Primarily a residential area, Milnerton has a diverse selection of quality homes, apartments and townhouses for sale. It is one of the oldest suburbs along the Table Bay Coast and offers some of the most spectacular views of Table Mountain.
