Located on Kwazulu Natal’s South Coast, Southbroom is one of the few coastal villages that cans till boast easy access along the entire coastline. The natural heritage has also been kept intact and has not given way to high-rise hotels and apartment blocks. The community is intensely protective of its 4km stretch of beach and its indigenous plant life. There are a number of properties for sale in Southbroom, including residential homes, holiday houses and stands to buy.

Southbroom is home to the Frederika Nature Reserve which is 350 000 sq. metres and is the reason such a lush green paradise exists between the Mbizane and Kaba Rivers. There are two recognized swimming beaches in the area and those who buy property here will be interested to know that the primary dunes are in pristine condition, making the various beaches utterly spectacular.
