A small town in the Eastern Cape, Oviston overlooks Lake Gariep and was originally established to house the workers who built the dam in 1971. The area is surrounded by three provincial nature reserves, which makes those who buy property here spoilt for choice when it comes to visiting any one of these beautiful places.
