The Central Karoo is located in South Africa’s Northern Cape and happens to be one of the world’s most unique arid regions.  It is renowned for the atmosphere of endless peace and tranquility, where residents are guaranteed the chance to rest and recharge.  People have lived in this particular region for around half a million years, with the Khoi and San tribesmen leaving their legacy as art on the rocks.
