Shared Listings Network

We are aware that estate agencies in certain geographic areas agree to share their mandates either with everyone in the area or amongst a selected network group. SAHometraders has accordingly developed a Shared Listing Network system to assist with the running of a listing group, which can be used for any area in South Africa.
|
We have chosen to keep the system as simple and affordable as possible. This service includes:
- Personal Login Details for all members of the group
- The ability to add properties you wish to share within the group including details on commission splits, open hours, show days, and any other form of messaging required. This information will automatically be broadcast to all members via email
- A simple RCA valuation and financial calculator tools
- The ability to share and print brochures
- The ability to create one-liner reports of stock availability, sales history, show house and open hours
The system includes an optional group website dependant on the requirements of the members.
If a website is required all members will have access to a communal website which will include:
- A detailed property page including one main image with 12 gallery images and allow for the printing and emailing of brochures
- Shared listings with each agency’s logo and agent details
- Link back to their agency website
- A list of members belonging to the group
- On Show property features, tools and a quick find box.
- An About Us section that will highlight the benefits of the group to potential Sellers and Buyers

Non-Subscribers to be Removed |

SAHometraders has decided to remove all non-subscribers from our Estate Agent Search. As the image below shows, we used to list both subscribed agencies in bold with links to their property listings (first 3 listings) and non-subscribed agencies (last 3 listings). This means that only SAHometraders subscriber will now appear when browsers do an estate agent search.
|
We would also like to point out to all agents that, along with all the other benefits of advertising on www.sahometraders.co.za, you also get a link to your personal site or listings from our site as pointed out on in the image below. In the Search Engine Optimisation world this is invaluable as links from quality sites like ours are extremely beneficial to your site’s rankings.

We recently bid farewell to Malizole (Mali) Tyafa, who we valued as an integral part of our design team. We wish him all the best for the future.
