Making the Most of MaxiAgent – Part 1
Last month’s newsletter introduced you to MaxiAgent – a property loading system that will replace our current Agency Admin (back office) on 1 September 2010. Please note that this system is a 100% free of charge to all subscribers and will not replace SAHometraders’ successful property portal, just the Agency Admin section.
Like our current Agency Admin back office, MaxiAgent will primarily assist you in loading properties onto SAHometraders. However, in addition to this MaxiAgent will also have other innovative features for you to use free of charge. Over the next couple of months we will look at these features and how you can use them to take you agency to the next level. But first let’s look at the most important function of MaxiAgent, which is loading property onto SAHometraders:
Before developing any of the new features of MaxiAgent, we wanted to make sure that the new loading system is faster, easier and ultimately more effective. The loading of a property is via an easy to use 5 step wizard. You will have the opportunity to save the information you loaded after every step. Please note that you can choose how much information you want to enter/display about a property.
