Some of you might have notice the new Live Support function in the back office. We decided to implement this handy feature to ensure that you can quickly and easily get in touch with us should you need any assistance with Agency Admin or want to report a problem/issue.

Using this tool is extremely simply. When you need assistance, click on the Live Support icon in the header and fill in your name, email, agency name and your question/problem. Our support team’s quick reply will then be shown on your screen and you can then enter a chat session with them and get the answers you need.

Please note that we won’t take any request for changing passwords or give out login details via this system. You will have to email us should you have these requests.

We had a couple of requests from clients who want to copyright their images. We are happy to announce that you can now do just that from Agency Admin. When you load an image, you will have the opportunity to copyright you image with your agency name. The copyright mark will appear on the bottom of the image as below. In order to add the copyright notice, simply tick the “Add copyright” box In order to add the copyright notice, simply tick the “add copyright” box after selecting your image file. You will also be able to add this copyright message to existing images by using the “Replace” link when editing a listing.

Thanks to all of the agencies that have contributed to the Area Info Wiki. We appreciate your input and hope that you will continue to update information.

For those agencies that still want to contribute, feel free to log into Agency Admin and go to Area Description. Please keep the following terms in mind:
1. Do not publish any marketing material like your agency's name, contact details, etc.
2. Do not copy and paste information from other sites. Although you are allowed to look up/research facts, you are not allowed to use the content on other sites verbatim.
3. Your contribution needs to add value to the area's info. Just adding a word or a sentence will not earn you a link back to you listings.
4. You are allowed to edit current information/facts about an area, however you are not allowed to delete paragraphs or large amounts of information.
5. We ask that you ensure that you use the correct spelling and grammar.
6. Read current information carefully to ensure that you do not duplicate information

MaxiAgent, the new and improved version of our Agency Admin back office, offers all the function of the current system but includes a range of features that will help you manage your agency effectively. MaxiAgent will replace the current back office on 1 September 2010.

As the successful hosting of the World Cup has come and gone, all 2010 World Cup Rentals have been marked In-Active and will be deleted on 15th August. Should you still want these properties to appear on the site, you have to update the listing by changing the Property Type to Holiday Rental/Residential Rental.

We have successfully migrated our servers but not without a few hiccups. We are glad to say that all is back to normal and that our sites appear faster. During the migration 35 Gigs of files where move and 1.5 Gigs of data.
